At Hayman, we primarily cover the North West of England, with 95% of our work focused within this region. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our staff, which is why we ensurethat our engineers are always home at the end of the day. This approach helps us deliver top-quality service while supporting the well-being of our team.

Hayman is based in Wigan, Greater Manchester, and serves clients across the North West of England. From our head office, we provide mechanical and electrical services while ensuring our engineers maintain a great work-life balance, always returning home at the end of the day.

We hire for a wide range of roles, including engineers, technicians, project managers, apprentices,and administrative positions across our mechanical and electrical departments. We're always looking for talented individuals to join our growing team.

Currently, most of our roles are full-time, but we're open to discussing flexible or part-time options depending on the position and candidate.

Qualifications and experience vary depending on the role. For most technical positions, relevant certifications and experience in mechanical or electrical services are required. For apprenticeships, welook for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Our recruitment process typically involves submitting your CV and cover letter, followed by a phone interview. If you're shortlisted, we invite you to an in-person or virtual interview. Some roles may also require technical assessments to test your skills.
